Wholesale Account Terms:

• Wholesale orders must total a minimum of $100, not including shipping.
• All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless there is an error in shipment or a defect in the product.
• Notification of returns to Button Bunny Accessories must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Return postage incurred by the customer will be credited as long as the items are sent back via USPS First Class or Priority.

Wholesale Discounts (not including shipping & handling):

• 1" buttons are 50% off the retail price. (does not include custom buttons)
• 1" button necklaces are 45% off the retail price.
• 1" button earrings are 44% off the retail price.
• 2.25" buttons are 40% off the retail price.
• 2.25" mirrors are 40% off the retail price.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice but this will not affect any confirmed orders.
• Shipping charges for wholesale orders are based on weight just like regular retail orders. Our shopping cart connects to USPS.com and will calculate your charges for you after you enter your location.

Wholesale Payment Terms:

• We do not start processing any wholesale orders until payment has been received. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How to purchase wholesale items on our site:

If you are interested in becoming a wholesale member, please create an account with us. When you are finished, please contact us with your wholesale account request.

If your request for wholesale status is approved, we will change your retail account over to a wholesale account. When you have a wholesale account and you are logged in, wholesale prices appear instead of retail prices. You will be able to checkout and receive wholesale prices.

NOTE: Our cart will let you checkout with less than the required wholesale minimum purchase amount. Any wholesale order less than the required wholesale minimum amount will be canceled unless you have made prior arrangements with us.

Question: How long will it take to process my wholesale order?
Answer: We are a very small operation. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We also deal with a ton of Ebay customers. We can generally process large wholesale orders within 7 business days. Sometimes, especially during the busy holiday season, we can take up to 14 days. If you are in a rush, please contact us before ordering so we can let you know our current status.

Due to several fraud attempts, special rules will apply to your wholesale order if you are from Singapore.

RULES:
1. You will be asked for the CVV number on the back of your credit card during checkout. You MUST enter this in order for us to process your transaction.
2. Immediately after placing your order, you must send an email to us with the name of the bank that issued your credit card and the customer service phone number on the back of your card.
