How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. You can click on "View Cart" at anytime to update the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process.

Is there a minimum order amount?
We require that orders be at least $5.00 (not including shipping). If you place an order for less than $5.00, a low order fee will be applied to your total. The current low order fee is $5.00.

How much does shipping cost?
We have an account with USPS.com and they determine your shipping charges for us. To see what your shipping charges will be, click "View Cart" and then click on "Estimate Shipping". It is better to do this once you are finished shopping since it calculates your charges based on the weight of the items.

How and when will my order be shipped?
All orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Orders shipped within the U.S. will have a delivery confirmation number. We offer First Class, Priority, and Express Mail during checkout. Our goal is to ship your items within 3 business days after receiving your order, but please be aware that it may take longer during busy times like Christmas. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your package is mailed. Please check your junk email folder if you did not receive a shipping confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Are my items packed well to prevent damage during shipping?
We use a lot of bubble wrap and heavy duty envelopes. Damaged items are a rare occurence for us, however, Button Bunny Accessories cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched.

When will I receive my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email on the date your order was shipped. In the U.S., expect to receive your items 3-5 business days from this date. All other countries, expect 7-10 business days. U.S. packages do not have tracking numbers, but they do have delivery confirmation numbers. Please note that these times may not be correct during busy seasons such as Christmas. We cannot control the speed, or lack thereof, of the postal service.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We want you to love what you ordered. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We do accept returns or exchanges for all non-clearance items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund minus shipping costs or for an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

Does your jewelry contain lead??
We use steel-plated ball chain for our button necklaces. We contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer follows the guidelines set forth in California's Proposition 65, which requires the labeling of products that contain lead or other potentially hazardous substances, regardless of how those products are classified for use in jewelry. The ball chain falls under Class 2.

Class 2: These items are suitable for use in retail jewelry even though they might contain small amounts of lead. See below for allowable levels:

  • Electroplated metal alloys, including white plate, yellow plate, silver plate, gold plate, copper plate, antiqued platings, etc., provided they contain:

    • 10% lead by weight on or before 8/30/2009
    • 6% lead by weight after 8/30/2009

  • Unplated metals that contain less than 1.5% lead (for example, solid copper, raw brass sheet or wire, nickel silver, titanium and niobium)
  • Gold fill, which is not electroplated, but mechanically bonded using heat and pressure
  • Plastic or rubber, including acrylic, polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), provided they contain:

    • 0.06% (600 ppm) lead by weight on or before 8/30/2009
    • 0.02% (200 ppm) lead by weight after 8/30/2009

  • Dyes or surface coatings containing less than 0.06% (600 ppm) lead by weight
