July 13, 2010: We hate PayPal
For the past 6 months, we have had nothing but problems with PayPal. They have been holding funds and canceling accounts, with no reason other than "As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding your account. We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially high risk." When we call them to ask how we are considered "high risk", we are not given a reason. Since we already have a credit card processor, we decided that we have no use for PayPal. If you are our customer who wishes to use PayPal, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Not much of an update other than the fact that we are still here, working as hard as ever to get your buttons mailed. We've been experiencing a large amount of wholesale orders lately, so please be patient with us. A dear friend of ours passed away as well, so we are a little behind on a few orders. We are getting back into the swing of things after dealing with the hectic holidays. We now officially HATE the postal service, but... what can you do?! Lost package after lost package, but most of our customers have been outrageously understanding and we greatly appreciate that. We have hundreds of new items to add and will be slowly adding them over the next few weeks. As always, any suggestions on which buttons you would like to see in our shop are always welcomed.
