We carry two different types of 1" button earrings.... standard and premium.
Standard earrings are one button for each ear. Those two buttons have a hole in the top where the ear hook is attached.
Premium earrings are two buttons for each ear. Two buttons are sandwiched together to make one earring. They have ball chain wrapped around the seam. There are no holes in these since the ear hook is attached to the ball chain. You get four buttons total when you purchase premium earrings.
All of our ear hooks are hypoallergenic.
